Return Policy
We strive to ensure a smooth purchasing experience and minimize the need for returns. However, if a return is necessary, the following conditions apply:
- A full refund will be issued if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
- A processing fee may apply to returned items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes.
- A full refund will not be granted for damaged items. We strongly recommend insuring return shipments and providing a tracking number.

Damage Policy
All shipments are insured against transit damage.

Customers should inspect packages upon arrival: - If shipped via common carriers (DHL, FedEx,
UPS), refuse delivery and contact

immediately for a replacement. - For LTL deliveries (e.g., Yellow Freight, Con-Way, Road-Runner), sign for the shipment as “Damaged Upon Arrival” and refuse delivery. A replacement will be arranged upon claim approval.
